OnTrackSFA

OnTrackSFA is a part of the AdvantageMS line of software applications developed specifically to meet the individual and growing needs of the Healthcare industry. Designed for the sales representative, our SFA solution consists of a browser-based web portal (OnTrackPortal) for online usage, and a PocketPC based companion (OnTrackPDA) for offline usage. Analytical and targeting capabilities are included to help the sales representative maximize effectiveness and ROI.

OnTrackSFA has been designed with two primary goals: to enable the sales representatives to manage their territory and to facilitate communication between sales representatives and management. The natural by-product of this design approach is a consistent view of the customers though out the organization, enabling the sales representatives to maximize effectiveness and the company to rapidly achieve ROI.

OnTrackSFA begins with the Sales Force structure designed by either AlignPlus or the company's tool of choice. The OnTrackSFA server application imports the sales force structure, sales representative information, product information, customer information and territory alignment into an Operational Data Store. Sales Representatives can manage the information in this Operational Data Store using both the OnTrackPortal and the companion OnTrackPDA . Management can view territory information and communicate with the Sales Representatives using the OnTrackPortal .

OnTrackPortal can be deployed in either an Intranet or secured Internet environment. The OnTrackPDA utilizes robust and proven SQL Server synchronization and employs application level security, network security and both local and server security.

OnTrackSFA allows instance access to up-to-date information and fosters 2-way communication between sales representatives and management. OnTrackPortal enable rapid deployment of customized features while OnTrackPDA offers the mobility that is essential to your mobile sales force.

OnTrackSFA was designed with the sales representative in mind; a no–nonsense product that is small yet powerful; effective yet simple to use. Simplicity means less training, better compliance and superior data accuracy. The portability of the handheld allows sales representatives to carry the PDA and use it in the field. Less expensive than laptop or paper–based solutions, OnTrackSFA enables our client’s setup & implementation time to be cut in half when compared to other vendor solutions.
