State License Data for PDMA Compliance
Timely, accurate state license data is our core compliance solution available through traditional batch file processing, the Storefront HCP web portal, as well as through our portfolio of APIs. We directly collect PDMA compliant state license data and analyze call-on lists to identify potential sampling mishaps in advance.
Our state license solution’s foundation is our National Provider Database, the industry's most comprehensive US-based HCP database which includes MD, DO, NP, PA name and address, state license number, state of licensure, alternate states and addresses, license issue date, license expiration date, sample-ability flag, state and client grace periods, professional designation and specialty.
We also offer a menu of optional data enhancements including: Anticipated license expiration date, license status (active, inactive, etc.), our Best Of Breed address, DEA license information, AMA information (education details such as medical school, graduation year, etc.), and NPI ID.

Search Before Create is available in several popular CRM applications and Expense Management applications, such as Concur.
Search Before Create is available in the Concur Connect Marketplace, referred to as HCP Spend Connect. Once implemented, users entering expenses in Concur can search for HCP records within our National Provider Database in real time. Once the correct HCP is identified, it is linked to the expense report, facilitating accurate tracking of aggregate spend by physician.
