Search Before Create
With Search Before Create, CRM application users can search through pre-validated HCP records from our National Provider Database (NPD). Each record is complete with: name, best address, best specialty, state license number, and NPI identifier.
Once the correct HCP record is found, it is selected and uploaded to your CRM. If the correct HCP is not found within the database, it can be created by the sales rep on the fly. AdvantageMS' Validation Service will send back a complete data record, saving time and improving accuracy.
Direct access to NPD mitigates customer master data duplication and compliance risk. The API reduces the burden of data management and manual stewardship on the backend by providing clean, accurate, complete HCP profiles at the point of data entry.
